Your game progress
The games calculate results in your browser. Furniture layouts, active rounds and timers, records, Daily attempts, tutorial progress and your language choice are saved locally on your device until you delete this website’s browser data. Playtest notes are also saved locally; they are not sent automatically. We do not receive these game data. There are no player accounts, uploads or contact forms.
Hosting and statistics
Our hosting provider, OpenAI Ireland Ltd., processes technical access data such as IP address, page address and time to operate and secure this website. Its infrastructure may also process data outside Switzerland and the EEA. Details of recipients, countries and safeguards are in the data processing terms and provider list.
Our own statistics store only daily page-view totals for each page, for up to 180 days, without cookies, visitor identifiers or stored IP addresses. We do not use Google Analytics.
Cookies and advertising
The games themselves do not set cookies. Google AdSense is planned; advertising scripts are not yet enabled on this Beta. When enabled, loading them can transmit technical data, such as IP and page addresses, to Google and its advertising partners, including in the United States. We do not transmit game inputs or results.
With the appropriate consent, Google and its partners use cookies for personalised ads based on previous website visits. When advertising is enabled, the Google consent message will identify providers and purposes and let you change or withdraw your choice through Privacy settings. The games work without advertising consent. Personalised Google ads can also be disabled in My Ad Center. Where applicable, Google also provides a “Do not sell or share” link. Sharing
Only when you choose to share or copy do we pass the selected result, challenge text and link to your device’s sharing function or clipboard. Challenge links identify the practice room or, for Daily puzzles, the date and edition, and can carry your language choice. The shared result text contains your score and elapsed time; a practice link does not restore your timer or layout. Your furniture layout is not uploaded or included in these links. Result images are created locally and stay on your device until you share them. Playtest reports are copied only when you choose to do so; sending them by email is a separate action.
Contact and your rights
The controller and contact details are in our legal notice. We and the email providers involved process your address and message to respond to enquiries. The mailbox is provided by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. We retain correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose or legal requirements.
Where the GDPR applies, operation, security and handling general enquiries rely on legitimate interests; advertising requiring consent relies on your consent. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Swiss FDPIC.
